Questions Tesla owners ask
Which Teslas do the packages fit?
Model 3 and Model Y. Older cars with a factory sub (Model 3 before Highland, Model Y before Juniper) and cars without a sub, such as the Highland or Juniper RWD, get all three stages plug-and-play. Highland and Juniper Premium cars get Stage 1; from Stage 2 it's a custom build, because there's no plug-and-play harness for them yet.
Will Spotify and Tesla's own audio still work?
Yes. Tesla's own audio, including Spotify and other apps, plays through the new system with no extra card. The Bluetooth HD card is optional: with it you can choose Tesla's own audio for daily driving, phone calls and car sounds, or Bluetooth HD for quality listening without interruptions.
Is anything cut or permanent?
No. The speakers go into the factory locations and everything plugs in, so nothing is cut and the upgrade is reversible.
What happens to my factory sub?
On older cars it stays and is connected to the DSP amp in Stage 2, plug-and-play. In Stage 3 the Helix 10" sub replaces it.
Can I hear it before I decide?
Yes. Our own Model Y, 3rd place at EMMA Australia 2026 in the Master class, is available to listen to in Sydney. Book a listen.
Is the price final?
The prices are estimates, installed. The final price is confirmed in writing once we've seen your car.
